NOW Foods is a leading manufacturer and distributor of dietary supplements, natural foods, and natural personal care products founded in 1968. Jim joined NOW Foods in 1995 as Plant Manager, and was promoted to COO in December 2007. He was promoted to the role of President in January 2012. He has over 30 years of experience in consumer packaged goods companies, managing global operations in manufacturing, sales and quality assurance.
A DuPage County Resident since 1984, Jim and his wife have one daughter, and reside in Glen Ellyn.

Dr. Aimee and Associates
Dr. Aimee Harris-Newon is a licensed clinical and sports psychologist. She board certified in Forensic Clinical Psychology and Sports Psychology. She is also a certified hypnotherapist and success coach. Dr. Aimee is the owner and director of Dr. Aimee and Associates, an integrative health and wellness practice specializing in family medicine, psychiatry, psychology and coaching. Dr. Aimee earned her Bachelor's degree from Univ. of Illinois at Chicago and earned her Master's and Doctoral degrees in Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. In 2009, Dr. Aimee earned her insurance and securities licenses to further broaden her knowledge base and skill set, which uniquely qualifies her as a wealth and success coach. She is also a principal and coach for Falcon Global, an option and futures education company. Dr. Aimee is an active Advisory Board Member of the DuPage Young Professionals Network and volunteers her time as the Treasurer of 100 Women Who Care, West Suburban Chapter. With almost 20 years of professional experience working with individuals, couples, families, and businesses, Dr. Aimee specializes in educating and empowering people to create and achieve happiness, balance and health in their lives. She is a much sought after speaker and presenter with an engaging and dynamic style. In addition to her professional roles, Dr. Aimee enjoys music, especially jazz, sports and fitness, spending time with family and friends, and plays the alto saxophone.
Bloomingdale Public Library
Tim has served as the Director of the Bloomingdale Public Library since November 2003. Bloomingdale Library is a recognized leader in the community, offering popular materials and the latest technology. The Library proudly boasts an eighty percent cardholder rate among residents making the library one of Bloomingdale’s most valuable resources. Tim has been on the Bloomingdale Chamber of Commerce Board since 2006 and serves on the Scholarship Committee. Tim is Co-Chair of the Bloomingdale Family Fest committee, as well as serving as secretary for the Bloomingdale-Roselle Rotary club. Other memberships include the Illinois Library Association, The American Library Association, and The Alden Valley Ridge Advisory Board.
Stratford Square Mall
Doug Kiehn is the general manager of Stratford Square, the areas 1.3 million sq. ft. regional shopping center. He was brought in by the new owners from the California market where he was S VP/ Regional Manager of 42 properties for a Monterey developer. Doug has been a property manager/ leasing agent of primarily regional malls located throughout the country since his graduation from college. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and earned his designation as a certified shopping center manager in 1982. Doug has served on the board of directors for the Oshkosh (WI) Chamber of Commerce, Saginaw (MI) Chamber, Madison(WI) Chamber and Skokie Valley chamber. He also was an active member of the Monterey and Carmel (CA) chambers and the Colorado Springs Chamber and Business Bureau. He and his wife are active in their church and as a couple restore classic cars from the sixties. Doug and his wife travel whenever possible to see their five grandchildren in California and South Carolina. They reside in Palatine with their three labs.
Hilton Chicago /Indian Lakes Resort
Lori has been in the hospitality industry since 1981. As the Director of Catering for the Hilton Chicago/Indian Lakes Resort, Lori has hosted over 23,000 events, ranging from meetings & reunions to weddings & holiday parties. Lori has been a Board member for the Bloomingdale Chamber of Commerce since June of 2005. She has also served on the Annual Golf Outing, Scholarship and Five-Star Expo Committees. Lori serves on the board of the Bloomingdale Business Promotion & Cultural Committee and is also a member of Meeting Planners International where she serves on the Golf Committee.

Bloomingdale Bank & Trust
Ed is the Community Relations Officer for Bloomingdale Bank & Trust. Bloomingdale Bank & Trust is a branch of Advantage National Bank Group, which has served the surrounding areas of Bloomingdale since 2001. Ed has been an active member of the Bloomingdale Chamber of Commerce, serving on the board since 2003. Ed has served on the Annual Golf Outing, Scholarship, and Annual Awards Committees, and has chaired the Septemberfest committee for 2 years. Ed is also the treasurer of DuPage County Area Project, the treasurer of the C.H.O.I.C.E. group of Glendale Heights, an associate committeeman for the Bloomingdale Township Republican Party, and a volunteer for Western DuPage Special Recreation Association.

Kathy has been a Bloomingdale resident for twelve years. She joined ReMax All Pro as a real estate agent and has watched her business soar! Her proudest achievement is daughter Alexandra, a senior at Lake Park High School.

Branka is a real estate consultant with Century 21 Lullo with over 15 years of experience. She has been awarded Century 21's Honor Centurion, their highest production award. Branka has been a member of the Bloomingdale Chamber of Commerce for over 20 years and has served as President of the Chamber. She was awarded the Chamber's Business Person of the Year in 2002 and awarded the Chamber's Ambassador of the Year in 2000 and in 2003. Branka serves on the Board of Directors for the Advantage National Bank, a bank in which she was a founding member and board member. Branka is a founding member and treasurer of the Bloomingdale District 13 Education Foundation, has served as a member of the Library Board for 10 years and is currently serving the fourth term as Bloomingdale Township Precinct 39 Committeeperson.
Amber Mortgage Lending Corp.
John is the owner of Amber Mortgage Lending Corp. of Roselle, a residential lending brokerage that he formed in 1998. John has been an active member of the Bloomingdale Chamber since 2000. He has been instrumental in growing and leading the Bloomingdale ONE Leads group since he joined the chamber. He is the current chair of the Chamber’s Ambassador group. He received the Chamber’s Leadership award in 2011. John tries to show his culinary talents at the 50 Men Who Cook event every year. However, no awards yet for his efforts! John states, "The chamber has been an invaluable resource to my company for many needed services like business connections, creating friendships, replacing that missing corporate culture, marketing ideas, community service opportunities and increasing the local exposure of my company. My advice is to not just join….join AND participate. You will truly benefit in so many ways!"

William G. Vlcek is a seasoned and respected professional whose thirty-three year career with International Truck and Engine Corporation provided a wide variety of experiences that propelled him into his own Human Resources consulting business.
Today, Bill is often seen involved with Chamber events including: Bloomingdale ONE Leads Group where he serves as Vice-President, Ambassador Program where he was named Ambassador of the Year 2012, Office Manager Hiring Process, 5 Star Business Expo, Scholarship Breakfast, Chamber Unplugged, Chamber After Hours, Ribbon Cuttings, Progressive Luncheons, and Student Shadowing including a ‘Thank You Note’ Workshop for the students. During a time of need for administrative support at the Chamber this past summer, Bill stepped up to assist with the Golf Outing Committee and Registration at Chamber events.
Bill thrives on work that calls upon his high energy, creativity, and passion for continuous improvement. Outside of work, Bill has used those same qualities to complete an Ironman distance triathlon competition, build and race stock cars, and to volunteer his drumming talents with his church’s contemporary music band. But most importantly, those characteristics help Bill to keep up with his very busy wife, daughter and son!
