With your ticket you choose your meal: A Major Ribeye Steak Sandwich- thinly sliced, marinated ribeye topped with grilled onions, mozzarella, & garlic aioli on Texas toast. Served with hand cut fries and a drink. Fried Chicken Sandwich- hand breaded and seasoned chicken breast fried to a crispy golden brown, topped with lettuce, tomato, mayo & onion on a brioche bun. Served with hand cut fries and a drink. Country Salad- Iceberg lettuce, carrots, shredded Colby jack cheese, chopped eggs, cucumbers & tomatoes with grilled chicken and choice of dressing on site. Served with a drink. Chopped Salad- Chopped romaine lettuce, tomato, onion, mozzarella, macaroni, cucumbers & crushed tortilla chips with grilled chicken and choice of dressing on site.
