Free to attend.

Come out to Old Town Park from 6-8pm and see some of Bloomingdale’s outstanding local artistic talent while listening to the live music of Classical Blast. Art in the Park will feature artists from the Bloomingdale Artist’s Association (BAA) and the Bloomingdale Park District Museum. Some artwork will be for sale.  While you’re at the park, visit the Bloomingdale Park District Museum exhibits; Observations: Walking in Wonder, and “Wide Open” by the Art Cloth Network.

Art in the Park will feature a variety of activities, including; face painting, Chalk Talk, Canvas Creations (while supplies last), and a balloon artist.

   Wednesday, July 26th 

'Work it Out Wednesdays' at Wolfden just got a Warhol makeover! Every week we invite the public to take a 3 mile walk with us around Meacham Grove forest preserve, starting and ending at Wolfden. For Bloomingdale's Warhol Week, we invite you to join us and be inspired by Andy- wear your favorite, crazy, colorful, 80's apparel and wigs as we walk together and return for a nice cold beer! On our walk, we pass Chicago Pastry, who will be staying open late and making Warhol inspired Dossants for walkers to purchase! Meet at Wolfden Brewing, 112 Lake St., Bloomingdale at 6:00 pm.   WolfdenBrewing.com

   Sunday, July 30th

Pop Art & Prints - Join us in the beer garden for an hour long guided Warhol inspired painting event! We will provide a variety of lightly pre-drawn canvases and all of the paint supplies you need. We will have an Andy Warhol Expert on site, explaining Andy's prolific journey and how he manifested the American Dream. One pint of beer is also included with each ticket.

    August 1st - 31st

Find the Andy Warhol art in local businesses.  Take a selfie with the art and post it on Facebook with #BDdoesWarhol & #Warhol2023 tagging the business where you found the art (@NameOfBusiness).  Every person who posts to the hashtag will be entered to win gift cards donated by the local businesses. Check back often to view the list of participating businesses. Each post is worth one entry, you can post as many times as you find artwork, one per a person per an artwork hence, you cannot post the same artwork 3 times and be entered 3 times.
