Sound Bath

Are you ready to rest and reset? Come relax and experience a small group Sound Bath with Margaret. Let the sounds of the crystal and metal bowls wash over you from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet. Experience the sound of rain & thunder drums. Hear the rain start, listen to it build, and then notice it gently softening as it passes you by. All while healing and relaxing your nervous system. Yoga mats and pillows are provided. You are welcome to bring an extra blanket if you would like. Take an hour to care for yourself and just relax and reset!
