  Concession Shift Supervisor The Concession Stand Shift Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the concession stand and its staff. This includes but is not limited to the opening and closing of the stand, daily inventory, stocking supplies, checking register drawers and inventory at the conclusion of the shift, and being responsible for all staff and their duties.
